Comfortable Stay Yet Unforgettable Atmosphere
I enjoyed a cozy night in a well-kept one-bedroom suite. The decor requires a refresh, but the small kitchenette was very practical. Staff were friendly, and I appreciated the spacious living area. However, the ambiance felt more like a senior community than a resort. I recommend bringing your own pillows for added comfort.

Comfortable beds, clean kitchen area, and the fitness center had everything I needed to stay active during my visit.
We specifically requested two beds and were confirmed with two beds, but when we arrived we were given a one bed room.

I had a convenient stay where the kitchenette in my room was fully stocked. I didn't cook, but it was nice to have everything ready. The pool area was enjoyable, and the breakfast from the café was delightful. I appreciated the help from the staff throughout my visit.
The smaller pool could have used some cleaning, and I would have liked more shade options around the pool area.

Spacious and Family-Friendly Accommodations
We had a fantastic stay in the Two-Bedroom Suite, which was spacious and included a full kitchen for cooking meals. The outdoor pools were refreshing, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. It truly felt like a cozy home away from home, perfect for families. However, the hot tub could have been warmer during our visit.

We had a fun time enjoying the pool and nearby hiking trails. It was perfect for our family since we brought along our three teenagers. The location was ideal, allowing us to explore the area easily on our adventures. The staff made our stay more enjoyable too!
My kids wished there were more activities for teenagers to enjoy. Having a few more options would greatly enhance the family experience.

missingWrote a review on Oct 26spacious roompool areaclean facilitiesuncomfortable mattress
The room offered plenty of space, resembling a studio apartment with a small kitchen. It had clean water in the pool, providing a refreshing way to unwind, despite lacking pool towels.
The mattress felt worn out, rolling to the middle, making it uncomfortable for a good night's sleep. The air conditioning unit in the room produced an annoying screech, disrupting rest, and the building had a dated vibe, reminiscent of an assisted living facility rather than a modern hotel. The shower floor felt a bit precarious, hinting at past repairs, which added to my unease about safety in the bathroom.

Mixed Stay with Potential
After a long journey, the check-in process was smooth, thanks to the friendly staff. The suite was spacious, but the heat upon arrival was overwhelming. For a more enjoyable experience, consider visiting during cooler months. The pool area had a nice ambiance, perfect for relaxation.
